Making a reservation

You can book your reservation(s) online by clicking any of the red “Book Online” tabs on our website. Please make sure that you have reviewed all of our cancellation policies and understand and agree to all terms outlined below. Of course you can always call or text us at 650-400-4294 to make a reservation. And emailing info@pacificcrestsnowcats.com is also an option.

Regardless of how you book your reservation, please review carefully the email confirmation that our system will generate and send to you. Double-check the date, day of the week, number of guests and all other information.

Payments

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Unless told otherwise, we will run the credit card on file for the final payment. You do not need to call us.

Cancelations, credits and refunds

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip, your deposit can be applied as credit toward future days or other adventure services offered by PCS. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip start or do not show up for your scheduled trip, no credit will be given. In the event of an injury or other family emergency, please let us know as far in advance as possible and full credit may be considered with the submission of a medical report.

Although unlikely, if PCS must cancel a trip due to weather, avalanche hazard, mechanical failure or any other reason, a "snow check" will be issued for the unused portion of your trip. This credit may be used toward any future trip, subject to availability, without any administration fee. If you would like a refund instead of being issued a “snow check” then we will issue you a refund minus a $50/individual guest or $500/private cat administration fee.

PCS policies are the friendliest in the industry. Thank you for reading and understanding them and respecting our mutual commitment. We are reserving seats on our snowcats for you and your group—and turning away other guests—for your selected day.
